বিশেষ সতর্কীকরণ

By Law and Bye Law

Recent action taken by Supreme Court on Act 66A is a definite clapable action. While Freedom of Speech is the basis of our constitution, change of mode of expression can not change the rule. On this basis, our honourable judges of Supreme court has given real justice and we can be sure of about their judgmental quality and can rely on blind nature of law towards its unbiasedness.

But regarding cyber law,  is India improved itself from more vulnerable issues like piracy? Where it stands now?

We indians always listen about the honesty of Americans and Europeans where people hardly get indulge themselves into downloading pirated product as theren is a strict law against this. Don't you thik in India it is always required more aggresively to change the mindset.

But we Indians are always ignorant towards real crimes, in my personal opinion we are scared of punishing terrorist, punishing rapist and so on involved in real crimes. Because of dirty politics and amount of money flow in this cases.

But regrding piracy where it stands. Who is scared of whom? Why there is no strict action or why no implementation of the law. Questions are blowing and I am also searching for it. Do you have answers? Please help. A please again.

E-Governance in India : A bit ridiculous

"Access to governance has to be guaranteed with transparent systems that deliver responses and outcomes. The strengthening of democratic governance empowers the population to become active partners in the growth process."
-Narendra Modi-

I am not a Fan of  Narendra Modi, the honourable Prime Minister of INDIA but obviously a vivid follower of his or his parties Social network profiles. Why? because of its lucrative ideas to promote politics via Social Media. I like those. They are doing good with the help of bunch of techies (probably best from INDIA) to attract mass who are on Social Network actively. If you are school goer, college goer or a house wife or just any damn thing in your life and you are from Urban or Sub-Urbans I can estimate most of us are exposed to these social media more or less. The current "Sarkar" introduced the e-governance since their pre-election period and it helped to inject ideas (don't be bothered about whether they are fake or not) within our mind (not soul), that yes they might do something. Yes it took our expectation to such extent and role of social media to influence us by this notion is not negligible. We believed it, we voted for it and we are still supporting it, totally ignoring the fact about the real job. How much has been done and how much is yet to done.

In my opinion in India e-governance is not a successful idea as major mass of India is still neglected from Basic education and hence facilities will remain inaccessible by these people, who are major in numbers. I don't know but does governance mean to think about a group or about the major mass or about both. I think it should be for both with high priority for the major mass. If it is, then whats the application of e-governance will be. It will again end up with investment, purchase and dump of e-accessories at various projects.

Another point I must mention regarding harmful relation of corruption and e-governance. For example very successful project of e-governance till date "Passport Seva" which helped a lot to get rid of "Agents" and regarding transparency of the matter, but is it? Because evidence is there that "Police Verification" process which is still under the department of "Khaki Wardiwale" and they are playing most dangerous by not clearing the verification report without being bribed. Whats the benefit of this ? While making a large room with a closed door without any key of it. It still remain unused or is used with same difficulties as earlier.

Still we should always keep our hope (easy to say, hard to apply) high and wish for a better India and better application of e-governance in various sectors for improvement of our life in more or less matters.
